McKinley recently found out that she is going to be a big sister:) She doesn't really understand yet...but hopefully soon she will realize that mommy is going to have a baby!
A couple weeks ago I had an ultrasound and we brought the picture home...we hadn't mentioned it to McKinley but when she saw us show the picture to pap-paw she wanted to see. We asked her what it was and she pointed and said "moon-it" from Madagascar...we said no its a baby...so now whenever she see the picture she yells "MY BABY"....it's so cute.
We did ask her if she wanted mommy to have a baby and she replies...."like Hank"
Then we asked her if she wanted it to be a boy or girl and she replies...Daddy's a boy (we are trying to learn the difference right now between boy and girl)
We are super excited to be adding to our little family...I know McKinley will be the best big sister...just as long as the baby doesn't want to play with her toys:) jk:)
